Connecting the catastrophes: Animal rights and climate change |
Kristina Giovanetti |
Climate change marches draw millions of protestors around the globe. Those gathered speak out against trans-continental pipelines, fracking, and deforestation. World leaders spend billions to develop renewable energy programs and to protect their countries against increased instability in surrounding nations where water insecurity and food scarcity will likely soon reach a level of crisis. This presentation will explore effective ways to bring big ag prominently into focus alongside big oil as a major driver of climate change on our planet. |
